Full amount of stay is payable in advance by credit card at time of reservation and the same credit card must be presented for verification on arrival.
Please note: A payment link will be sent to you within 24 hours of your reservation request. You will have 24 hours to pay the balance. Aruba Ocean Villas reserves the right to cancel if this is not processed withtin the given time frame.
Rates are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE. Full payment is due when reservation link is emailed, per our strict cancellation policy. We urge you to retain travel insurance and cancellation insurance for your protection against unforeseen circumstances that may cause a cancellation. We are very strict with our cancellation policy and will always charge and do not refund, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Room reservations can only be cancelled by email. Room reservations are TRANSFERABLE to alternate names/guests or dates.
